Shoot days, edit weeks, retainer clients. Captured before the gear hits the case.
Closure turns a voice note into a polished invoice. Log the work when it's fresh. Send the invoice when you're ready, tonight or at the end of the month. Built for 1099 workers who bill clients and hate the paperwork.Built for tradespeople who'd rather wrap the day at 5 than fight paperwork at 11.Built for consultants who'd rather be in the call than reconstructing the month.Built for people working for themselves. However small the job, however new to this.Built for engineers and contractors who'd rather ship than babysit a timer.Built for production pros who'd rather be on set than typing up day rates.
The moment
You finished the job. Sent the work over. Then three days pass. The invoice sits in your head. The client follows up before you do. Closure ends that loop. The day the work is done is the day the invoice goes out.
You finished the call. Truck's loaded. Then three days pass. The invoice sits in your head. The homeowner follows up before you do. Closure ends that loop. The invoice goes out before you put the truck in drive.
You finished the call. Closed the Zoom window. Then three days pass. The invoice sits in your head. The client follows up before you do. Closure ends that loop. The session is captured before you open the next tab.
You shipped the PR. Closed the laptop. Then three days pass. The invoice sits in your head. The founder follows up before you do. Closure ends that loop. The billable line is logged before you open the next ticket.
You wrapped the shoot. Sent the final files. Then three days pass. The invoice sits in your head. The client follows up before you do. Closure ends that loop. The invoice goes out before the gear hits the case.
The other moment
Now you're piecing it together. The retainer client. The multi-week project. The month-long engagement. Every billable detail still in your head, your calendar, your DMs, your scattered notes. Something always slips through.
Now you're piecing it together. The recurring service account. The multi-day install. The month-long remodel. Every billable hour still in your head, your truck log, your texts to the homeowner, your scattered notes. Something always slips through.
Now you're piecing it together. The monthly retainer. The strategy intensive. The multi-week project. Every billable session still in your head, your calendar, your DMs, your scattered notes. Something always slips through.
Now you're piecing it together. The monthly retainer. The fractional engagement. The multi-week build. Every billable hour still in your head, your ticket queue, your Slack pings, your scattered git history. Something always slips through.
Now you're piecing it together. The retainer client. The multi-week shoot. The month-long edit. Every billable day still in your head, your call sheets, your group chats, your scattered notes. Something always slips through.

How it works
Open the Log tab. Talk for a minute. "Spent four hours on the Apex Media job today, hourly.""Ran a call at the Henderson place. Two hours, plus $87 for the breaker.""Strategy session with the Acme team. Hour and a half, hourly.""Saturday's wedding, $850 flat.""Shipped the auth refactor for Acme today. Six hours, hourly.""Wrapped a two-day shoot at Apex Media. Plus $400 for the gear package." Closure hears it and shapes it into a draft.
Closure drafts the entries, fills in the rate, flags anything missing. One tap to confirm. Hours, day rates, flat fees, and expenses all land in the same place.
A clean recap of your work. Hours logged, streak intact, and the full pipeline from uninvoiced to paid. When the invoice is ready, the button is right there. End of day, end of week, end of month.
The output
Your brand, your colors, clean line items, payable online. Not a template you filled out. An invoice built from your voice notes.
Flexible by design
Closure adapts to how you already invoice. Not the other way around.

I'm Drew. I got tired of finishing a shoot and spending 30 minutes at 11 PM filling out invoice fields. But the worse version was the month-long project: sitting down to invoice a retainer client and trying to reconstruct three weeks of work from email, calendar, and memory. Something always slipped through. So I started voice-logging at the end of every day. By the time the invoice was due, the work was already captured. Short jobs and long ones. The invoices basically wrote themselves. It started in my industry, but the same workflow works for any 1099 worker who bills clients regularly: trades, coaching, consulting, dev, anyone. This is v1. Tell me what's missing and how we can improve.
